No Refunds on Digital Products
Vertex Audio sells digital products, including audio plugins and software, delivered electronically. All sales are final. Once a product is purchased and delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided, except where required by applicable law.
Digital Product Policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Incompatibility with unsupported DAWs, operating systems, or hardware

Failure to review system requirements prior to purchase

Customers are responsible for verifying that their system meets the published requirements before purchasing. Vertex Audio does not guarantee compatibility beyond the specifications listed on the product page.
Pre-orders represent a commitment to purchase a digital product currently in development. Pre-order payments are non-refundable. Once the final product is released and delivered, the sale is considered complete. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the immediate suspension or termination of access to Vertex Audio products and services. Vertex Audio reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will apply to future purchases and will be posted on this page.
